Steam deck and pc games in general are too much of a battery hog unfortunately. I don't want to have to buy a steam deck, because the switch is way way way more power efficient than a steam deck so I could take it with me on a month long bicycle trip and have entertainment. What happens is it appears to work but every few seconds the whole screen freezes for a second. In such case, you could try map your controller using this third party software called JoytoKey.I have tried 3 different portable switch docks in conjunction with the nreal air official iphone/switch adapter. Some games do not support controller operation.(Betop controller has passed our test, which might be one of your choices) Write to if you would like to report controllers that are not working.
